Recently renovated and decorated to a high standard, this stone built cottage is situated in the centre of the tiny, picturesque village of Kings Meaburn.

Surrounded by the most beautiful countryside, with lovely long distance views over a paddock and across the valley beyond, through which flows the delightful River Lyvennet, on which private fishing is available.

Accommodation: 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 single. Open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area. Toilet and shower room. French window with access to patio.

Services: Open fire in winter, full central heating. Bed linen included in rent. Cot, feeding chair, colour TV, microwave, dishwasher, shaver point and washing machine. Parking adjacent to cottage. 2 pets welcome.

Of special interest to fly fishers is our one mile of private double bank fishing for brown trout on the River Lyvennet - fishing is reserved exclusively for our guests.
