Well Tree

Well tree March 2011Completely renovated and modernised, this old cottage has been furnished to a high standard and yet retains plenty of its original character and charm with exposed beams and a log burner. It enjoys an idyllic setting in a quiet beautiful position on the banks of the River Lyvennet.

Situated away from the centre of the small village of Kings Meaburn, it is an ideal centre for touring both the Dales and the Lake District. Fishing is available on the river and there are many beautiful country walks in the immediate area.

Accommodation: 3 bedrooms - 1 double ensuite, 2 twin with family bathroom, lounge, kitchen with dining area, downstairs toilet and utility room.

Services: Stove in lounge in winter, storage heaters, electric fires - all fuel and power included in the rent. Cot, feeding chair, colour TV, shaver point, microwave, shower, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Bed linen is included. Large garden sloping down to the river banks with garden furniture and BBQ. Ample parking.
