Situated away from the centre of the small village of Kings Meaburn, it is an ideal centre for touring both the Dales and the Lake District. Fishing is available on the river and there are many beautiful country walks in the immediate area.

Cot, feeding chair, colour TV, shaver point, microwave, electric blankets, shower, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer. Bed linen is included. Large garden sloping down to the river banks with garden furniture and BBQ. Ample parking. 2 pets welcome.

Of special interest to fly fishers is our one mile of private double bank fishing for brown trout on the River Lyvennet - fishing is reserved exclusively for our guests.
