Enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV or unwind with some music on the radio. As you relax, feast your eyes on the fabulous views of the River Lyvennet, where you might catch a glimpse of the local wildlife, including kingfishers, deer, otters, and even the elusive red squirrel.

The heart of Mill Cottage is undoubtedly its modern farmhouse-style kitchen and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a range of modern amenities, including a dishwasher and hobs, with the crowning glory being the wonderful Rayburn cooker – perfect for creating hearty, home-cooked meals.

The dining area, comfortably seating 6.  The addition of a sofa and window seat, along with subtle table lighting, creates a relaxed atmosphere that encourages lingering conversations long after the plates are cleared. All the while, you’ll be treated to wonderful views of the River Lyvennet and the surrounding countryside.

The master bedroom is a spacious haven, featuring a sumptuous king-sized bed and a charming single day bed. Decorated in a modern farmhouse style with high-quality furnishings, this room offers a tranquil retreat with wonderful views of the River Lyvennet and countryside.

A versatile twin bedroom provides comfortable accommodation, perfect for children or adult guests alike.

A cosy single bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements, offering a quiet space for peaceful rest.

All bedrooms boast comfy beds and stunning views of the River Lyvennet and the picturesque countryside beyond.

The family bathroom is a luxurious affair, featuring both a relaxing bath and an invigorating walk-in shower. For added convenience, there’s also a WC on the ground floor.
